These days, she deals with oregano. Here, she is rubbing and shifting it after it has dried.
We all help out as a family as oregano is an important part of many of our dishes.
Some days are dedicated to oregano, all others are dedicated to our sweet grandmother.
We will leave oregano in some places in our restaurant where you are free to take some with you as you leave. Rub it together to bring out its strong aromas... this way you will remember all the beautiful moments you spent in our restaurant.
